Lic. Juan I. Fabián LLB is a legal advisor and CEO of SWISS LAW INTERNATIONAL GmbH (Zürich).
Born in the Dominican Republic, he began his career as a croupier at the Sheraton Casino in Santo Domingo, moved to Switzerland in 1998, worked as an insurance agent, and founded the Latinos Social Club to support new arrivals.
He successfully earned an LL.B. from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), Spain — totalling 400 ECTS. He is currently pursuing a master's in international migration law at the Escuela de Postgrado de Ciencias del Derecho. His further training includes the IFE Mediation Centre (mediation), the University of Zurich, FHNW Olten (court and official interpreting), and Harvard University (law and justice).
