Biography

From Santo Domingo to the heart of Zürich

Lic. Juan I. Fabián LL.B was born in the Dominican Republic and has been based in Switzerland since 1998. His path to the bar reflects the breadth of a life lived across continents — and a deep understanding of what it means to build a life and business in a new country.

He is the founder and director of SWISS LAW INTERNATIONAL GmbH, a boutique legal practice advising private clients and companies on Swiss immigration law, company formation, debt recovery, family mediation and pensions.

Education & Training

Juan completed his LL.B in Legal Studies (400 ECTS) at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR), Spain, and holds a Certificate in Justice from Harvard University. He has pursued further studies in international migration law and leadership, and continues postgraduate work to keep his practice at the cutting edge of immigration law.
